  • 2 Years of Tax Returns with supporting documents (W2, 1099 etc)

  • 2 Months of Current Income

  • 3 Months of Bank Statements

  • Copy of Driver’s License

  • Homeowners Insurance

  • Current Mortgage Statement

Construction Loans

Required Documents:

  • Completed Application

  • 2 Years of Tax Returns with supporting documents (W2, 1099 etc)

  • 2 Months of Current Income

  • 3 Months of Bank Statements

  • Copy of Driver’s License

  • Homeowners Insurance

  • Current Mortgage Statement

  • Construction Contract

  • Cost Estimate/Blue Prints/Specs

  • Copy of Builders Risk Insurance
